Booking Policies & Service Terms

By booking with Haus Ivy, you agree to the following:
Scope of Service
Services are performed as described in the “Core Clean” or “Complete Care” package selected at booking.
We do not provide hazardous cleaning (e.g., mold, biohazards, pest infestations) or work at unsafe heights.
We cannot guarantee results for pre-existing damage, deep staining, or permanent discoloration.
Scent Preferences & Allergies
Your chosen scent (or no scent) will be applied at the end of service, as indicated on your booking form.
It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products or scents.
Client Responsibilities
Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and pets from service areas.
Ensure spaces are reasonably decluttered for service efficiency.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled service may incur a schedule protection fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment through our secure booking system (Stripe).
Photo & Media Consent
We may take “before and after” photos of serviced spaces for internal quality control and training.
With your consent, anonymized photos (no identifying details) may be used for marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@hausivy.com.
Liability
While we take every precaution, Haus Ivy’s liability for any damage is limited to the lesser of $500 or the cost of repair/replacement.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of unusual value unless disclosed and agreed in writing before service.
