By booking with Haus Ivy LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Service

Services are performed as described in your selected Ivy Reset or Ivy Refresh. We do not provide hazardous cleaning (e.g., mold removal, biohazards, pest infestations) and we do not perform tasks requiring unsafe heights. Results cannot be guaranteed for pre-existing damage, deep staining, or permanent discoloration.

Scent Preferences & Sensitivities

Each Reset includes a subtle finishing touch—lightly scented or scent-free, based on your preference. Clients are responsible for informing Haus Ivy of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products or fragrances prior to service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time and ensure that valuables, fragile items, and pets are secured. Spaces should be reasonably decluttered to allow our team to perform their work efficiently.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a schedule protection fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Pricing for services is listed on hausivy.com and may vary by home size and service type.

Photos & Quality Assurance

With client consent, Haus Ivy may take non-identifying photos of serviced areas for quality assurance and internal training. Anonymous images may be used for marketing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@hausivy.com.

Liability

While we exercise great care, Haus Ivy’s liability for any damage is limited to the lesser of $500 or the cost of repair or replacement. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of unusual value unless disclosed in advance. Haus Ivy maintains general liability insurance. COIs are available upon request.

Our Cleaning Team

Our cleaners are vetted professionals trained to the Ivy Standard. They operate as independent contractors under Haus Ivy and follow our curated service protocols.
