Booking Policies & Service Terms

By booking with Haus Ivy LLC, you agree to the following:
Scope of Service
Services are performed as described in the Core Clean or Complete Care package selected at booking. We do not provide hazardous cleaning such as mold, biohazards, or pest infestations, and we do not perform work at unsafe heights. We also cannot guarantee results for pre-existing damage, deep staining, or permanent discoloration.
Scent Preferences & Allergies
Your chosen scent (or no scent) will be applied at the end of service, as indicated on your booking form. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products or scents.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time, removing or securing valuables, fragile items, and pets from service areas, and ensuring that spaces are reasonably decluttered so the service can be performed efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the scheduled service may result in a schedule protection fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through our booking system (Stripe). One-time cleans are billed at $350 (Core Clean) or $500 (Complete Care). Recurring clients enjoy preferred rates of $300 and $450 per visit.
Photo & Media Consent
We may take “before and after” photos of serviced spaces for internal quality control and training. With client consent, anonymized photos that contain no identifying details may also be used for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@hausivy.com.
Liability
While we take every precaution, Haus Ivy’s liability for any damage is limited to the lesser of five hundred dollars ($500) or the cost of repair or replacement. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of unusual value unless disclosed and agreed to in writing prior to service. Haus Ivy maintains general liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request and may be required by certain buildings.
Independent Contractors
All cleaning professionals engaged through Haus Ivy are independent contractors (1099) and not employees. Haus Ivy acts solely as a booking and coordination platform.
