Are you insured?
Yes. Haus Ivy LLC maintains $1M per-occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability coverage and carries a janitorial bond. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available upon request, and we can add your building as an additional insured if required.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-day or next-day requests may be available in Long Island City upon inquiry.
What areas of NYC do you service?
We’re proudly based in Long Island City, serving the neighborhood’s premium high-rise residences and nearby waterfront communities.
How long does a service take?
Most one-bedroom or studio resets take around 3 hours. Larger homes or Complete Care visits may take longer. We always work efficiently, but never rush — every detail receives our full attention.
What products do you use?
We exclusively use premium, non-toxic products such as L’Avant Collective, Branch Basics, and our signature Le Labo finishing mist. You can choose between Santal 33, Another 13, or “No Scent” at booking.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all — many clients provide secure building or apartment access so they can return to a perfectly refreshed home. You’ll receive a text when we arrive and when we finish.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Every visit is completed using the Haus Ivy Kit, including our Dyson V15 Detect vacuum, premium microfiber cloths, and finishing touches.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a schedule protection fee. For full details, see our Booking Policies.
Can I request special touches or errands?
At this time, we focus on our signature cleaning experience to ensure every visit meets our exacting standards. If you have specific needs (like fragrance preference or surface sensitivities), just note them during booking — we’ll always accommodate where possible.
What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
Please note any allergies or sensitivities in your booking form. We can skip scents entirely and adjust product use to suit your needs.
