Are you insured?
Yes. Haus Ivy maintains general liability coverage of over $1M and carries a janitorial bond. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available on request, and we can add your building as an additional insured when required.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead for ideal availability. Same-day or next-day appointments are sometimes possible in LIC—feel free to inquire.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve Long Island City’s modern high-rises and nearby waterfront communities. Additional neighborhoods may be accommodated based on availability.
How long does a service take?
Most Ivy Resets for studios and one-bedrooms take approximately 3 hours. Larger homes or more detailed resets may take longer. We work with care and consistency—never rushed.
What products do you use?
We bring a curated kit of premium, non-toxic products chosen for a clean, calm home. If you have sensitivities or surface-specific needs, just let us know—our team will adjust accordingly.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide secure access through their building or a lockbox, then return to a refreshed home. You’ll receive a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We bring high-quality tools and a full Ivy Kit, including soft microfiber cloths and all non-toxic cleaners needed for a polished, hotel-level finish.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a schedule protection fee. See our Booking Policies for full details.
Can I request special touches?
If you have specific preferences, sensitivities, or areas you’d like us to prioritize, simply note them during the booking process. We accommodate requests within the scope of your service.
What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
Please list any allergies, sensitivities, or delicate surfaces in the booking form so our team can prepare appropriately. Fragrance-free options are always available.
