Before We Arrive

• Tidy surfaces you’d like thoroughly cleaned.
• Secure valuables or delicate finishes.
• If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), reply to your booking email with your property manager’s contact.

After Your Reset

Your cleaner will complete the service with the Haus Ivy Signature Finish — carefully styled pillows, neatly arranged towels, polished surfaces, and a light scent. You’ll receive a short email confirmation once the reset is complete.
